Life and Relationship Coaching is unfamiliar to many - so I have addressed the basic concerns including how it works and what you can expect with me as your coach. If you are still unclear or have questions, feel free to contact me.

Let's Uncover, Discover & Recover!

What is coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship based on mutual trust and respect; encouraging action toward realizing your goals, dreams, "Best and Highest Life". Coaching uses a process of self examination along with personal discovery to develop your awareness and accountability. It also involves problem solving, strategic planning, action, motivation.

What is my role as your coach?

My role is to provide support, inspiration, motivation, feedback, accountability and challenging questions prompting you to think outside of the box. During the sessions, I engage the psychological and spiritual perspectives. The process of uncovering / manifesting one's true life purpose, discovering your highest truth / authenticity and recovering "GREATNESS" is the ultimate outcome. These apply to ALL aspects of your life;  a personal agenda is NEVER pushed upon you. You are the main focus - I am YOUR teammate.

What if I'm not completely sure I will benefit from coaching?

This is why we provide a complimentary session; thus allowing us to explore the possibility. The Initial Assessment Consultation will assist you in detailing the specific problem(s) or concern(s) for which you are considering for coaching, as well as the outcomes you desire from the process. By the end of the session you will be equipped to decide whether coaching is for you or not.

How and when can I get coached?

Life coaching sessions are 60 minutes long, scheduled appointments,  from wherever you may be in the world. We contact you so the cost of the phone call is covered by us. We also use other avenues such a voice / video chat via skype, instant messages, email and text messaging as additional features.

Can coaching really work over the phone?

Yes, in fact most coaching is performed over the phone. As your coach, it is my job to make sure you are comfortable with our session. Coaching works, whether in person or on the phone, as long as you are committed to doing your part. It can be helpful to use a speaker phone or earpiece when you are taking notes or when we are engaged in exercises.

Is it necessary to follow the structure?

The coaching program is flexible and customized for you. You can choose which steps you want to do, which you want to skip and which order works best for you. You can choose to change or add to your goals - providing me with the insight required to structure your action plan accordingly.

Are the sessions like therapy or seeing a psychologist?

Not at all! Therapy is totally different from coaching. Therapy deals primarily with solving past issues: while coaching strives to propel you forward from the present into the future. Of course! During some coaching past issues surface; although they are not dwelled upon. Instead they are evaluated objectively in order to help in the goal setting process for the present.

Is there interpersonal activity during coaching?

Yes...as little or as much as you decide. Great coaching is accomplished through a transparent relationship between the coach and the client. The more forthcoming you are, the better insight I have, plus the process is much more fulfilling.

What about Confidentiality?

Everything is confidential unless you have given me permission to share with other colleagues for research purposes. Nothing is repeated or disclosed. Under all circumstances, you give permission.

What does it cost?

Past clients have paid as much as $500 an hour or more for coaching and consulting services. However, since telephone coaching is extremely convenient for both parties, requiring no travel or office space, we are able to provide this service to a limited number of new clients for $100 per 60 minute session.

How many life-coaching sessions will I need?

Each person's situation is different. Together, we can best determine if only one session, a few sessions, or more is necessary. However, the choice to continue, or not, is always completely up to you.
